Steve Holliday, the Chief Operations Officer for Luna Grill, is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, field support, growth strategy and process development for the growing 52-restaurant chain with locations in California and Texas.
Prior to joining Luna Grill, Steve ran a consulting business specializing in strategy and executive coaching for franchisees and privately held companies. He spent two decades with Yum! Brands/Taco Bell Corporation holding equity, franchise and corporate positions; with a national scope. The passion for Steve's work is driven by serving the greater good through making a positive difference in the lives of others.
